• Service charges depend on the type of repair, spare parts required, and service complexity.

• Customers will be informed of the estimated cost before work begins.

• Additional charges may apply if extra repairs or parts are required.

• Payment must be made immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed.

• We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts.

• Warranty (if applicable) is provided only on selected spare parts, not on complete AC units.

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, voltage fluctuation, or external factors.

• Service bookings can be cancelled before technician dispatch.

• If cancelled after technician arrival, a visit charge may apply.

• Ensure proper power supply and safe working conditions.

• Inform technicians about any previous repairs or known issues.

• Clear the area around the AC unit for safe servicing.
